Chan travelled to Australia from Korea. He got a job down on Cable Beach at Zanders Cafe. He hopes his girlfriend will visit him in a little while. Apparently because she is a nurse she can stay longer than the normal 12 months. Chan went fishing with an aboriginal bloke and caught 2 mangrove jack and a crab. He served the fish raw korean style.Here is a photo of the Broome Bypass Road that Highway Construction is working on. Thankfully I have a job with Highway Construction involved with Quality Assurance.
The job consists of approx 2km of new alignment as you see here in the photo, with 2.34km of Roundaout and Intersection upgrades. The contract is for 26 weeks however with the crew that is on site hopefully we will be finished by the end of October. The Supervisor, 3 Grader operators, 2 roller operators and a water truck driver are all from Qld. The survey team, Project manager and Engineer, 2 water truck drivers, 2 roller operators, 4 pindan trucks and 4 Basecourse Trucks are from WA. God willing all going well we will beat the heat.
